How to Redeem your $100 Voucher

GOODHEW ACADEMY OF DANCE is a registered provider with the NSW Government’s Active Kids Initiative.

Parents can claim up to $200 off term fees per calendar year for each school aged child (K-Yr 12) enrolled in regular lessons at Goodhew.

In 2019 a second $100 Active Kids voucher will be available for the six month period from 1 July to 31 December. From 2020 two $100 Active Kids vouchers will be available from Service NSW for the entire calendar year.

• Claims ARE permitted for regular dance lessons eg. weekly ballet, acro, hip hop etc. classes
• Claims ARE NOT permitted for enrolment fees, rehearsals, dance exams, costume fees, private lessons or concert expenses.
• Active Kids and Creative Kids vouchers can be used at the same time and be submitted in the same Term or separate Terms

CLAIM PROCEDURE:

1. Apply for both your Active Kids voucher through SERVICE NSW.
2. Fill out our Claim Form below (one voucher per form) to redeem your voucher for Goodhew Academy Of Dance Classes  ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER CLAIM FORM
3. Once your claim form is approved by the NSW Office Of Sport, the redeemable amount will be credited to your next Goodhew Term Invoice
